My last night in Paris I made it down to see all of the things I had seen the day before, but at night. So, kind of a replay, but it was still a lot different. That morning I made my way into town to look at Notre Dame. We saw it on a tour, but only from a distance. The inside is really phenomenal. It's incredible to think about them performing such a task at the time that they did. While I was in Notre Dame I ran into one of the best drummers ever. Chris Adler from Lamb of God.....it was crazy. I talked to him for a sec, but (stupidly) didn't ask for a pic. :o( But I did snap a few when he was walking away, which is weird I know. After a few hours of traveling I've made it to Brugge. It took a little longer to get here because someone decided to throw their self in front of our train. Luckily no one saw anything, because I know I would have flipped. It was still a little weird to know your riding over someone's freshly suicided body. Weird. Anyways....Brugge is really, really nice. A lot different than I expected. My room smells like someone peed in the corner, but other than that it's not too shabby. I strangely feel a little homesick for the place i was staying in Paris. We were right up in the Montemarte area so it was a lot quieter than being right in the middle of Paris. It was soooo pretty too. I'm seriously thinking of spending the rest of my trip there. It was just a really welcoming, comforting place. For now, I'm going to wander around Brugge and try and decide where to go in the morning.
